  1. Learn about customized solutions. With everything we learn in our first call (the challenges you are facing, device and user counts, etc.) we’ll know what services will meet your needs.   2. Present to decision makers. In most cases, decisions to hire us are made by physician owners or a board. We’ll be happy to present to decision makers if you would like. Or, with our proposal, you can easily present the highlights of our services.

  3. Decision reached, contract signed. Once a decision is reached to do business with The Solutions Team, the next step is to send us the signed contract. Please allow 30 days for planning of your implementation.

  4. Training and Go-Live. We’ll create a detailed plan so you and your team will know what to expect. We’ll come on site for training and implementation. We want you and your staff to how we’re going to help and how they can get in touch with us. You’ll feel good about our training process.
